FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
With over 20 years of experience in branding and design strategy, Carolyne is a dedicated and passionate designer. Highly skilled in art direction, project management and creative leadership throughout the design process. With a passion for art, culture and community Carolyne has the ability to fuse creativity with social relevance to create truly authentic and impactful design solutions.
Carolyne formed Chillcreate in 2017, and is also an visiting lecturer in Graphic Design at Ravensbourne University, London Metropolitan University and University of West London.

Selicia is a senior brand and marketing strategist with over 18 years of experience driving culture-rich, insight-led campaigns for global and mission-driven brands.
Her work lives at the intersection of brand, marketing, and organisational culture, a unique space that allows her to craft campaigns that are not only creatively compelling but socially conscious and behaviourally effective.
